Shipping Times & Options (U.S. Only)
- Standard Shipping – Free
Available on orders under $1,000. Delivery within 3–5 business days. - Express Shipping with Signature – Free
Complimentary on orders over $1,000. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery for security.
We currently ship only within the U.S. For APO/FPO addresses, please contact our client care team.

We want you to love your jewelry — completely. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges for eligible items.
Eligibility
- Items under $75,000: Refund or exchange within 30 days.
- Items $75,000+: Exchange only within 30 days (no refunds).
- All returned items must be unworn and include original packaging.
- Personalized, engraved, or altered items are final sale.
- Watches must include original links and warranty card
How to Return
- Use our Returns Portal to print a prepaid UPS label.
- Schedule a complimentary UPS pickup.
- Return in person at a Faith Jewelry showroom or partner store
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Gift returns may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
